Police Files: Our Village Kittens

Welcome to our most special gallery. Here you will find archive photographs of the real cats we care for in Nalec: silent neighbours, mischief experts, and masters of purring.

We want you to get to know them in a fun and friendly way and, who knows, maybe you’ll feel inspired to lend a hand or even adopt one of these little survivors.

Every image tells a story: that of a real kitten, with its own personality, its gaze, and its desire to receive a bit of affection. This is our collection of friendly “police files”, created so you can discover the beauty and unique spirit of each one of them.

All the photos belong to real village cats and are part of our commitment to their well-being and protection.

Pallasete

One of the most affectionate males in the colony. He’s one of those cats who, on the day you don’t see him, makes your heart tighten: he doesn’t usually stray far from the friendly houses and always wanders around the same corners looking for a stroke or a glance of complicity. When he shows up, with that calm and trustworthy air, it’s impossible not to smile.

Panter

She is a pregnant, first-time mother: soon we will have a new litter in the colony. Her head is completely black, while the rest of her coat is tricolour, giving her a look as peculiar as it is irresistible. She belongs to the same lineage as Ombra, Pallasete and Copita.

Luna

She is the sister of Rollito and Vaquita. Not long ago she showed up with several wounds on both sides, and some scars have remained on her face. We don’t know what might have happened to her, but every day she recovers a little more. She is brave, resilient, and despite everything, she keeps that sweet look that makes her unmistakable.

Packet

Another one of the kittens that has appeared mysteriously in Nalec. We like to think he comes from some uncontrolled litter that we haven’t been able to locate. What we do know is that, day after day, he trusts us a little more. Little by little, this small stranger has been becoming part of the village’s feline family.

Rollito

Brother of Luna and Vaquita. He’s usually the greediest of the group and, when it’s feeding time, he attacks with “blades” as if it were a western duel. Even so, he spends most of the day at the door, acting as the colony’s official guardian. A kitten with a big appetite, lots of character, and a sense of duty that never fails.

Tupína

She is a female of unknown origin. A sudden appearance a few months ago. We suspect she belongs to some ghost litter that we still haven’t managed to identify. Despite the mystery, Tupé has decided to join the gang… and we’re delighted to add her to our X-files.

Ombra

Last litter of Vaca Madre. We still haven’t been able to verify her sex. Her siblings are Pallasete, Panter and Copita. She is the smallest of the group, but already shows promise: curious, discreet, and always stuck to the other three as if they were a single feline bundle.

Borrosin

Hauríem de renyar una mica el fotògraf d’aquesta imatge, però no arribarem a aquests extrems en aquesta web. En Borrosín és un altre dels nostres expedients X: va aparèixer a la colònia fa no gaire i encara no sabem ben bé d’on ha sortit. El que sí sabem és que, misteriós o no, ens encanta que hagi decidit quedar-se amb nosaltres.

Guineu

Un altre gatet del qual no sabem ben bé com ha arribat fins a aquests paratges, però suposem que, com tants altres, prové d’alguna camada incontrolada.
Tot i així, ens alegra profundament que hagi acabat formant part de la nostra colònia.
Ara ja és un més de la família, i nosaltres encantats de tenir-lo aquí.

Vaquita

Fa un parell d’anys que viu amb nosaltres. Descendent de la Vaca Mare (ja traspassada), ha continuat el seu llegat convertint-se en mare primerenca dues vegades. Els seus cadells són Panter, Ombra, Pallasete, Copita i Nieve, els seus germans Luna i Rollito. És una gata tranquil·la, observadora i amb un punt de saviesa felina que la fa respectada per tota la colònia.

Copita

Copita és una gata extremadament carinyosa i molt sociable. Sempre cerca la companyia de les persones i sap com fer-se estimar amb petites demostracions d’afecte. Quan fa mal temps, sovint s’hi cola com una ocupa buscant refugi i escalfor. Germana de Pallasete, Ombra i Panter, Copita és una de les raons per les quals la nostra feina té sentit: la seva tendresa i la seva capacitat d’afectar a tothom que la coneix fan que valgui la pena ajudar.

Tigretón

Tigretón és un gatet tímid però amb un cor gran. Fill de Negreta (coneguda com Ajina) i germà d’Ele, Zeta i Mapachito, va viure com a ocupa durant tres mesos. Amb paciència i menjar es deixa acostar i accepta carícies. Busquem una llar tranquil·la que respecti el seu ritme.

Sauron

Sauron és un gat molt interactiu que busca la relació amb les persones, sobretot quan té gana: s’acosta, menja i et mostra el seu agraïment amb carícies o ronronejos. Creiem que prové d’una camada de BlackMami —la seva mirada ens recorda la de la mare— i això el fa encara més especial per a nosaltres. És ideal per a qui busca un company que respon a la cura i a la paciència.

Flopy

Avui ha aparegut de la mà de Borrosín, com si fos el seu guia personal. No l’havíem vist mai, però té massa confiança i massa tendresa a les mans com per ser un gat de carrer. No és com els que han nascut a la colònia i ja ens coneixen: ell ha vingut directe, buscant el caliu d’una mà amiga, com si sabés perfectament on trobar refugi.
Benvingut a la colònia, Flopy. Aquí sempre tindràs un racó segur i gent que et cuidarà.

Negreta – Àlies: Ajina

Aquesta bandida té història. És una proscrita que, quan et despistes, s’introdueix de ocupa amb els seus cadells i s’hi queda durant llargues temporades.

Ele, Zeta, Mapachito i Tigretón

El millor és que, entre incursions, va alternant les seves visites als veïns amb subtils ronroneigs que desarmen qualsevol. Si la veus a prop de casa teva, no et confiïs: és capaç de convertir qualsevol racó en el seu territori.

Recordant Els Nostres Estels Felins

En aquest espai recordem els gatets que han format part de la nostra colònia i que, d’una manera o altra, han deixat una petjada inesborrable al nostre cor. Ja no són amb nosaltres, però continuen sent part de la història d’Els Gatets de Nalec. Els honorem amb afecte, gratitud i la certesa que els vam donar tot el que vam poder.
